What is your refund policy?

There is a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT  due at registration.  If a player must cancel, they must provide written documentation at least 48 hours before camp.  We will review this on a case by case basis depending on the emergency situation.

 Where is Check-In?

Rockefeller Center located on the campus of West Virginia Wesleyan College on Sunday, July 8th at 12pm.

 Where is Check-Out?

Players will be dismissed from the Rockefeller Center Gymnasium at  noon on Wednesday, July 11th.  Players will then go to Fleming Hall to pack up/clean up and return room keys to coaches that will be in the lobby of Fleming Hall.  There will be a replacement fee for any lost room keys that the camper will be responsible for paying.

 Will there be a camp store?

There will not be an actual "camp store", however, players can pre-order camp t-shirts when registering AND there will be additional camp t-shirts as well as miscellaneous sports gear for sale during camp.  We also have the BOBCAT DEN located in Rockefeller Center that will be open during the week of camp for any campers or parents who would like to purchase any West Virginia Wesleyan apparel.

 What meals will be provided for campers?

Players who are residential overnight campers will have their breakfast, lunch and dinner provided for them in our dining hall.  This cost is included in their camp fees.

Commuting campers will be responsible for providing their own meals.  They may bring a bagged lunch, snacks, etc. OR they may purchase meals in our dining hall at the cost of:
Breakfast: $7.50    Lunch:  $8.50   Dinner:  $9.50

 Will campers need extra money during camp?

Extra money is optional for campers.  Water will be provided during camp.
